Binance completes the proof for its October reserve snapshot.

Binance's 2 November recovery update says users can now verify its 31 October reserve snapshot for ten assets. This completes the proof-generation step announced earlier; it does not mean every withdrawal route has reopened.
The snapshot records 00:00 UTC on 31 October. Binance says its verification tool lets holders check inclusion and at least one-for-one backing without exposing individual balances. We have not logged into a customer account or run that verification ourselves.
The exchange still reports roughly 95% replenishment of the affected amount, with less-liquid assets making up the remainder. It plans another withdrawal phase on 3 November and a broader snapshot on 4 November. Those are future steps, not completed services.
The practical distinction is the date and scope of the evidence. A completed proof for specified assets at a specified time is useful, but should not be described as an all-clear for every balance or transfer today. Check the service status for the actual asset and network.
