THE STORY · FACTUAL SUMMARY

Kraken’s notices updated on 4 November schedule API maintenance from 07:00–14:00 London on 5 November, followed by ADA, STX, XLM and XRP funding maintenance from 15:00–17:00.

During the first window, Kraken says WebSocket, FIX and REST API clients may experience disconnections. This concerns connections used by trading tools and other software; the notice does not declare a full-day shutdown of the exchange.

The later window covers the named funding gateways. Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed, with transfers expected to process after maintenance completes. Both timings are scheduled estimates, and Kraken says it will post completion updates.

This is a service notice for readers planning transfers or using connected trading software today. A scheduled end time is not proof that work has finished; the exchange’s status page remains the place to check the actual completion notice.
