Suiet is closing its wallet services. The assets remain on Sui.
Suiet says it will maintain its API services through 14 November 2026, then discontinue them as it ends wallet development and maintenance. The notice, reported on 2 November, asks users to establish access through another supported Sui wallet before the cutoff.
The shutdown concerns an interface and its supporting services. Suiet says assets remain on the blockchain, but its wallet may stop reliably showing balances, sending transactions or connecting to applications. Its notice also says the Chrome extension will be sunset and that Suiet has no mobile apps.
The team's transition instructions stress backing up each account separately where needed and confirming access in a compatible wallet before uninstalling Suiet or clearing its data. Restoring the same account does not itself transfer assets. Moving transferable assets to a different address is a separate on-chain transaction.
Recovery phrases and private keys must remain private: the notice warns against entering them into websites or sending them to support. Use a verified wallet application's recovery process. This report has not tested an individual account migration, and the closure announcement is not evidence of a Sui network shutdown or missing funds.
