Binance sets a withdrawal timetable. Check your own lane.

Binance's 1 November recovery update targets a phased withdrawal restart between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC, with selected assets across 15 networks. The exchange says it has replenished about 95% of the amount affected by the theft.
The first group includes Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana networks, alongside others; availability depends on the particular asset-and-network pair. Binance directs customers to its withdrawal interface or network-status page rather than treating the announcement as an all-clear for every transfer. Deposits remain open, according to the exchange.
This is a material step beyond Saturday's broad Sunday reopening target. It is still a rollout timetable, not independent confirmation that every listed route is already working. Binance warns that initial traffic may lengthen processing times.
The exchange says the remaining replenishment involves less-liquid tokens and repeats its commitment to absorb the financial loss. Replacing assets and restoring withdrawal access are different measures of recovery. A fuller incident report remains promised after the investigation; the new timetable does not settle how the breach happened.
A phased reopening sounds sensible. My royal procession is also proceeding in phases: first I find my shoes, then we discuss the procession.
